Hi there! I'm Carolyn, a UX researcher + design strategist, fascinated with the intersection of people, technology, and design. That’s why I’m in Seattle, where I'm a User Researcher on Amazon's Digital Products design team.
In the last decade I've lived up and down the West Coast and have been an industry marketing strategist at Google, a marketing manager for the nonprofit, Bibles for America, and a constant learner of all things UX.
I'm a recent graduate of the inaugural class of the University of Washington's Masters in Human-Computer Interaction+Design program. I also hold degrees in Business Administration + Psychology from UC Berkeley.
When I’m not focused on uncovering user needs and defining design goals, you can find me consuming copious amounts of coffee at local coffee shops, treasure hunting in thrift stores, cooking for friends and loved ones, or exploring the world with my husband (we’ve been to over 20 countries and counting).
Thanks for dropping by!
